For PRINTS:

Shipping: Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery (via UPS). It is usually faster, but if I’m swamped with orders, it’s first come first printed and could take a month. In other words, prints are made to order.

The workflow goes like this: You place your order. Within a day or two I work on the digital file which is uploaded to my printer. I go the extra step of having every print sent to me for signature, and to approve. This can take about five business days. Then once or twice a week, when there are enough prints to re-package, sign, create labels, etc. I’ll do the packaging and bring the packages to UPS. Packaging is time-consuming for prints. This is a one-man operation. Some photographers charge extra to have prints signed and checked by them - but I don’t. I want to see every print that goes out.

And so, by the time the workflow is complete, under the best of circumstances it’s about two weeks until you receive the prints. As you can imagine - I’m also running the business and shooting whenever I can. So I try for three weeks.

FOR DIGITAL DELIVERY

Generally takes about one day to email the link to your high resolution file(s) but could take as long as three days if I’m on a shoot or something. Let me know if it’s a rush.

I review and sign every print. When the prints are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Note: I normally require a signature for the packages. When possible I mark the packages for “indirect signature” meaning that a neighbor can sign for the package.
